Illus. Antebellum Riverboat Ticket - "Steamer Lehigh (crossed out) H. Enona" (inked-in). A likeness of a river packet. Issued to a Mr. Wall for a trip to Cinc., OH. The Lehigh was a sternwheel packet with a wood hull, 210 tons, 151 feet long & built in PA, 1857. She ran between St. Louis & Cinc. in 1859. She burned on June 23, 1861. Rather than throw her tickets away, they were apparently reused for the Enona. Shows use & folds. Early & so tough. 1 Available
