Battle of Gettysburg Canteen Fob - Dimensional metal military style canteen, a wire hanger & ring. Stamped "50 Anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg, U.S. 1863-1913". Back: " U.S." Gilt finish. I assume originally hung from a G.A.R. ribbon but often removed & worn as a watch fob afterward. A remembrance from one of America's most famous battles.
