a.
Bottle color green glass embossed "Mulford & Bittle/ (U)P.R.R." ("U" chipped off). For the Union Pacific RR. No threads on this style. Many chips on the base. 3 1/4" height.
b. Tubular zinc body & part of hte glass insert. Bottom embossed: "Brook's Patent CPRR (Central Pacific RR) Aug. 6, 1867". Part of the base gone. Sharp marking.
Artifacts associated with the 1st transcon. RR's that met at Promontory Point, UT in 1869 are historically important. (Cat. #14095)...$450.00 pair
