Hovering eagle over a shield with scroll borders. On banners "Constable/West Milwaukee". On center 5 point star "Village of". Back: Spring pin, fork catch. Maker: "Schwaab S. & S. (stamp and seal) Co., Milwaukee". This village name has been used since 1888. 3 1/4" x 2 1/4". Slight wear from use.
